The Bachelor of Health Sciences (BHSc) is a multidisciplinary three-year degree that offers a broad insight into biological, social, cultural, and behavioural determinants of health and illness. The programme provides pathways into a diverse array of health-related careers in both the public and private sectors. With core courses in population health and health systems, alongside career-focused pathways, students are prepared for the complex health challenges of Aotearoa New Zealand. The BHSc also offers opportunities for conjoint degrees, work placements, and further postgraduate study.
