The Master of Health Practice (MHlthPrac) at the University of Auckland equips students with advanced skills in theory, research, and practice for careers in health services, government agencies, non-governmental organisations, and community groups. It allows specialisation in Addiction Studies or Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, providing a pathway for Health Science graduates and others without a medical science background. The programme offers both 120-point (1 year) and 180-point (1.5 year) taught options, including course work and a research project or dissertation.
