The Postgraduate Diploma in Biomedical Science (PGDipBiomedSc) is suited for high-achieving graduates in science or clinical programmes. Students deepen their understanding of biomedical processes underlying human disease and are trained to design and conduct research to address major health issues. Specialisation options include cancer biology and therapeutics, cardiovascular biology, cellular and molecular biomedicine, genetics and development, microbiology and immunology, neurobiology, nutrition, and reproduction, growth and metabolism. Courses and research projects are available across the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences (Grafton) and the Faculty of Science (City) campuses.
