About This Course
The Diploma in Health Sciences (DipHealSc) at University of Canterbury gives students a strong foundation in the principles and practices of health promotion. Designed to equip students to drive positive change in Aotearoa New Zealand, the programme empowers learners to increase community access to health services, raise awareness, and contribute to a healthier society. The diploma is suitable as an upskilling qualification, as an introduction to health promotion and wellbeing, or as a pathway to the Bachelor of Health Sciences or other UC degrees.
