It will take a total of 18 weeks

Learners will understand Rangatira hauora and strategies to enhance physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

Learners will be able to conduct personal SWOT analyses, set SMART goals, and prepare for future education and employment pathways.

Learners will collaborate to design, develop, and test websites with appropriate software and tools, meeting project briefs.
This programme is designed for learners seeking to develop foundational employability skills and knowledge in the technology sector. It covers social media content creation promoting positive awareness and personal wellbeing, self-management, and safe use of digital technology. Practical, hands-on learning includes developing and testing websites with online tools, gaining real experience. The program fosters understanding of hauora (holistic wellbeing) and encourages planning for future education and employment pathways in technology. It provides a pathway to further Level 3 study and entry-level technology careers under general supervision.
