The Master of Business Informatics – Healthcare Informatics at Yoobee equips students with the digital, analytical, and project management skills required to tackle complex healthcare issues through technology and data. The programme features integrated learning in strategic information systems, database management, research methods, project management, digital healthcare design, analytics, and data safety, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence regarding Māori and Pasifika health services. The degree is completed in 45 weeks (three trimesters) and culminates in a real-world capstone project, positioning graduates for high-demand roles in health informatics.

Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, Psychology, or related disciplines; OR an equivalent overseas qualification.

Applicants without quantitative or analytical subjects must submit a cover letter demonstrating analytical abilities.
Alternative entry: minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including tertiary study at diploma level (NZQA level 6 or above).
English: IELTS 6.5 (Academic) with no band below 6.0 or equivalent approved by NZQA.
Approval by Faculty Lead required.
