Te Pōkaitahi Reo (Reo Rua) (Level 3) is designed for learners wishing to build upon foundation te reo Māori skills to achieve an intermediate level of language proficiency. The programme supports learners in enhancing their ability to converse and use te reo Māori in a wide range of daily, social, and workplace contexts. It acknowledges regional language differences and combines online and face-to-face learning, including wānanga (learning forums). The course suits both full-time and part-time learners and enables graduates to support te reo Māori development and cultural knowledge in their communities.
Entry Requirements
NCEA Level 1, OR ability to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills.
Evidence of successful achievement of a foundation level Reo course or equivalent Reo skills and knowledge.
