The qualification, which is only available at Toi Ohomai, covers the essential aspects of property law, land, finance, contracts, and conveyancing systems. It meets the requirements of the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers and prepares graduates for both employment in firms and application for a practising certificate after industry experience.

NCEA Level 2 with passes in English or Te Reo Māori or equivalent education achievement and a minimum of 42 credits at level 3
