The Master of Legal Studies (MLS) is designed to confer legal expertise upon professionals and graduates from non-legal backgrounds who wish to enhance their careers with in-depth legal knowledge. The degree offers taught, research, or mixed study options. Specialisations are available in key areas such as Corporate and Commercial Law, Environmental Law, Human Rights Law, International Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Public Law. The degree provides cross-disciplinary opportunities and flexible study options to accommodate work and life commitments. Graduates will not qualify to practise law but will be equipped to work more effectively in their respective fields requiring legal awareness.
