About This Course
This one-year, full-time certificate equips students with skills in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and tools. Through practical workshops and theoretical learning, students develop competencies in machining, fabrication, welding, and teamwork. The programme provides off-site industry work experience and fulfils the academic requirements of the first year of an industry apprenticeship, reducing future apprenticeship time.

- Machining: Basic machining operations using workshop practices and measuring equipment.
