The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) at AUT is a one-year, research-only master's degree that enables students to develop specialist research skills by working on an independent thesis in their chosen field. The MPhil programme is highly flexible, allowing candidates to pursue research in a broad range of areas under the guidance of AUT's expert supervisors. It provides a strong foundation for future doctoral study.
