What You're Signing Up For
The Certificate in Science (CertSc) is designed for students looking to study science at university level without committing to a full degree. It can serve as either a stand-alone qualification or as a pathway to further study, and it offers flexibility for those wishing to study part-time. Students complete four courses (a total of 60 points) at 100- or 200-level from the Bachelor of Science subjects, with opportunities to specialize in one science subject if desired. The CertSc can be finished within one semester of full-time study, or part-time over up to six years.

- Complete at least 60 points (four courses) at 100- or 200-level from Bachelor of Science subjects.
- Choose courses from Astronomy, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Environmental Science, Finance, Financial Engineering, Geography, Geology, Linguistics, Mathematics, Medicinal Chemistry, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, Statistics.
- Option to specialize in one Science subject.
- Pathway to the Bachelor of Science or other degrees.
