Ability to critically appraise, apply, and conduct health research relevant to nursing and clinical leadership.

Competency in comprehensive health assessments, clinical decision-making, diagnostic reasoning, and safe prescribing practices.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent with minimum B average at 300 level
OR Postgraduate Certificate in Nursing or Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing (with B average)
Must be a registered nurse with practising certificate (not open to enrolled nurses)
At least 2 years of professional nursing experience in relevant specialty within previous 5 years
Meet Massey University and English language entry standards
