What You're Signing Up For
Primary and Community Health 1: Mental Health and Addictions Settings and Context is the first in a series of micro-credentials for primary and community health professionals. It emphasises legislative, ethical, and cultural perspectives, addressing stigma, therapeutic communication, and equity within Aotearoa New Zealand's mental health and addiction contexts. The course is delivered through online and on-campus components and is assessed via a written case study. Successful completion provides 5 credits and can contribute to approved postgraduate qualifications.
