Apply engineering principles to create sustainable and energy-efficient buildings that meet the needs of occupants and stakeholders.

Collaborate across disciplines to develop innovative building solutions from foundations to services, encompassing architecture and engineering best practice.
The Architectural Engineering major provides students with comprehensive knowledge of architectural and construction processes. It focuses on skills required to engineer complex, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose building designs, emphasising efficient services, comfort, and future-readiness. Through coursework and 800 hours of supervised industry experience, students gain both technical knowledge and valuable real-world practice across structural, environmental, and management domains. Graduates are prepared for roles integrating engineering solutions with architectural vision, though not for architectural registration.
