This apprenticeship programme provides workplace-based learning for those working with yacht spars, equipping them with the technical knowledge and practical skills to operate independently in the composite spar making industry. Covering topics from health and safety and sustainability, to technical drawing, calculations, and rig design, graduates will meet industry standards and be able to contribute to the marine sector.
