Course Content
- General cleaning theory and safe practices
- Contagion and specialist infection control cleaning
- Carpet and textiles cleaning, rehabilitation of water-affected carpets
- Cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of hard floor surfaces
- Cleaning for food production environments, cross-contamination prevention
- Specialist cleaning and restoration in high risk environments: trauma/crime scenes, fire/smoke/flood damaged settings, hoarder and hazardous properties
- Application of transferable skills in cleaning across various sectors
