Course Content
- Select eight courses (120 credits) at 100 or 200-level from Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Agricultural Science regulations.
- Sample course areas: Primary Industry Systems, Chemistry, Livestock Production Science, Agricultural Systems, Plant Production Systems, Soil Management, Biological Sciences, Earth and Ecological Sciences, Biochemistry, Malting and Brewing, Biological Diversity, Molecular Ecology, Precision Agriculture, Environmental Analysis (GIS), Environmental Monitoring, Food Processing and Safety, Regulatory Environment, Environmental Analytical Methods, Water Quality and Quantity, Land, People and Economies.
