The Bachelor of Science (Honours) at the University of Auckland allows students to extend their undergraduate study and specialise further in a chosen area of science. The programme is one year full-time (or two years part-time) and consists of advanced coursework and a significant research or professional project. Graduates can progress to a Master's degree or, with high honours, gain direct entry to a PhD.
