The Bachelor of Science (BSc) at the University of Canterbury provides an in-depth understanding of the natural world through observation, experimentation, and analysis. Students investigate pressing global issues such as climate change, health, water security, food production, and environmental protection. The program emphasises practical and research-based learning across a broad spectrum of scientific disciplines, allowing students to major and minor in many areas, and supports flexible, interdisciplinary study options.
