Gain technical and creative skills for songwriting, arranging, and using music software and digital audio workstations (DAWs) for music creation and recording.

The NZ Diploma in Music (Level 5) at EIT is a practical, project-based programme where you will develop professional skills in music performance, songwriting, sound production, audio engineering, and music marketing. The programme prepares you for a range of roles in the music industry through individual and group projects, and encourages collaboration with students from other creative disciplines.
What you need to know first
University Entrance as defined by NZQA, or
Evidence regarded as sufficient by the Discipline Leader of the capability to undertake and complete the programme, or
