Develop advanced knowledge of the origins, dynamics, and escalation of conflicts and acts of terrorism on local and global scales.

The Master of Conflict and Terrorism Studies enables students to make sense of conflict, build safer communities, and contribute to a more secure world. Students will study the causes, dynamics, and consequences of political violence, including topics such as war, ethnic and religious conflict, cybercrime, terrorism, radicalisation, and the ethical challenges of war. Learning is led by internationally experienced staff and prepares graduates for careers in policy, governance, peacekeeping, and security. The qualification offers taught and research pathways with options for a dissertation or thesis, depending on entry background.
