The Master of Organisational Psychology (MOrgPsych) is an 18-month postgraduate programme combining taught courses and research in the principles of individual, group, and organisational behaviour. The degree offers both a taught stream (with a dissertation project) and a research stream (with a thesis), providing students with highly relevant workplace knowledge and skills. Graduates will be prepared for employment in HR, consulting, government roles, and doctoral study. This degree is not accredited for registration as a psychologist.

Bachelor’s degree with a major in Psychology or related field
Grade Point Average of 5.0 or higher in the first 60 points of taught courses prior to enrolment in PSYCH 794
