About This Course
This fully online programme equips learners with a comprehensive understanding of New Zealand's real estate sector, focusing on the legal framework, marketing strategies, property listing and selling processes, and essential written and oral communications skills central to real estate sales success. Completion is required to become a licensed real estate professional under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

Entry Requirements
40 credits at NCEA Level 1 (including 10 literacy credits and 10 numeracy credits); or a relevant qualification at NZQF Level 2 or equivalent.

Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
