The Certificate in University Studies is designed as a pathway programme to provide students with essential skills for university-level study. Over one semester full-time, students are introduced to academic writing, communication, study strategies, numeracy, economics, and environmental awareness. On completion, graduates can progress to further study at Lincoln, including the Diploma in University Studies and bachelor's degree programmes. This programme is suitable for students who need to strengthen their academic skills or meet university entry requirements, but it is not a university entrance qualification itself. Delivery is available both on-campus and online.
