The Master of Professional Practice enables experienced professionals to advance their careers by undertaking research and projects that address significant challenges in their workplaces. Delivered via Capable NZ, the programme is self-paced, individually mentored, and allows learners to investigate, plan, and implement substantial improvements or innovations in a real-world context. The approach is highly flexible, designed for those employed, self-employed, or volunteering, and encourages cross-disciplinary learning for broader growth and impact. Entry is based on a prior undergraduate qualification and/or significant professional experience. The programme supports professional development while maintaining full-time employment.

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience (typically 5-7 years)
