The Master of Global Studies (MGlobalSt) at the University of Auckland is tailored for graduates with backgrounds in Global Studies, Arts, or Science. This flexible, taught masters programme invites students to explore pressing global issues such as human rights, globalisation, environmental sustainability, the global labour market, Indigenous sovereignty, public health, and creative industries. The programme is structured around three core courses, electives, and a dissertation, enabling students to build specialised knowledge relevant to various sectors. Graduates are equipped for leadership roles in both public and private international organisations, as well as further academic research.
