It includes real-world work-integrated experiences, where you will plan, lead, and guide participants (including youth and people with disabilities) in various outdoor contexts. The programme emphasizes professional, ethical, and safe conduct in both familiar and unfamiliar environments, cultural competence, and emergency care skills.
