The Certificate of Proficiency in Fitness Foundations is a short course designed to provide foundational scientific knowledge and practical skills for those aiming for a career in exercise, sport, and fitness. Covering essential topics such as anatomy, biomechanics, nutrition, and health screening, the course enables students to give effective client pre-screenings, undertake fitness assessments, and create exercise prescriptions. Upon completion, graduates can progress towards becoming qualified fitness instructors or personal trainers.
