About This Course
This Level 6 Diploma is designed to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a leader in human performance within the sport, recreation, and exercise industry. Students will learn about human movement, nutrition, anatomy, training methods and programme design, performance analysis and strategy, and professional industry practice. The programme features coursework and practical work placements, offering experience with clients and organisations to connect learning to the cultural, social, and economic wellbeing of New Zealand. Graduates may progress to degree-level study or enter roles supporting athlete development, coaching, or working in community and health settings.
