Blended study
This is a mix of online learning & face-to-face sessions
It will take a total of 22 weeks

Ability to plan, deliver, and review cycle skills instruction sessions for both individuals and groups, tailored to the capabilities of participants.

Competence in identifying hazards and applying risk management principles while delivering cycle skills training sessions.
This programme is designed for people who instruct cyclists—helping them develop the confidence and skills to cycle safely. Completion of the New Zealand Certificate in Cycle Skills Instruction enables graduates to plan and conduct cycle skills training sessions, apply safety principles, and deliver inclusive training. Choose an elective in beginner, intermediate, or advanced road cycling skills to specialize your expertise. Assessments are completed online, with training and observation in the workplace.
