Develop and build on current knowledge of human anatomy and physiology relevant to sport and exercise.

Develop the ability to analyze exercise and design appropriate exercise programs.

Gain skills in coaching techniques and develop leadership abilities within sport and recreation contexts.

NCEA Level 2 with passes in English/Te Reo Māori or equivalent educational achievement
