A relevant professional qualification
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Current curriculum vitae (last 5 years education and employment)
Verified copy of practising certificate from the Education Council of Aotearoa New Zealand (if a registered teacher)
Police report from every overseas country lived in for more than 12 months in the last 10 years
Non-registered teachers: completed NZ Police Request and Consent form and two pieces of verified identification (one photographic)
