What You're Signing Up For
Participants on the Disney Cultural Exchange Program will live, learn, and earn at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando in Florida. They gain valuable work and life experience by working in roles including operations, hospitality, merchandise, quick service food and beverage, and lifeguarding. The program offers a multicultural living environment, recreational and community activities, and professional development opportunities through collegiate courses and seminars. Eligibility requirements include being at least 18, citizenship of New Zealand, Australia or the USA, and being a current or recent full-time student or graduate of an accredited tertiary institution with a program length of at least one year. The International Travel College supports successful students in applying to the program and endorses applications to facilitate placement.
