It will take a total of 3 years

Explain the key principles and processes of hotel management, including accommodation management and food and beverage management.
University Entrance through NCEA or an approved equivalent qualification.
For international students: an overseas qualification equivalent to University Entrance.
If English is not your first language, additional English language requirements apply.
