What You're Signing Up For
The New Zealand Certificate in Travel (Level 4) is designed to prepare students for junior consultancy roles in the travel and tourism sector. Course Content
- Customer Service: Oral presentation, ground terminology and products, relationship building, selling tools, travel products
- Workplace Practices: Relevant legislation for the travel industry, teamwork and collaboration
- Travel Regions and Geography: Reservations for cruises and tours outside NZ, UK and Eire as tourist destinations, European tourist destinations
- Travel Industry Operational Systems: International air travel regulations, airline terminology, computer reservation systems, financial operations, world travel geography
