Demonstrate professional conduct and work effectively as a team member within an alpine resort.
This certificate gives a broad grounding in alpine resort operations, with a focus on professional conduct, health and safety, and customer service skills needed to succeed in a range of roles at alpine resorts in New Zealand. Training and assessment occur mainly in the workplace, with some online components. The programme is designed for people employed or volunteering with regular shifts at eligible alpine resorts.
