This eight-week night class introduces students to ceramic sculpture using hand-building techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab building. It is designed for beginners and those with some clay experience, offering a chance to develop skills and confidence in turning clay into figurative, representational, or abstract sculptures. The course focuses on practical skills, glazing, alternative firing methods like raku, and encourages personal creative exploration. Classes take place in a sociable studio environment at the Dunedin School of Art.

None. Open to all skill levels.
Learners under 16 require parental consent.
