The Doctor of Fine Arts (DocFA) at the University of Auckland is an advanced, studio-based research doctorate that brings together creative practice and scholarly research. The qualification is delivered primarily through studio practice, culminating in the submission and examination of both the creative work and an accompanying thesis.
