What You're Signing Up For
The PGCertFA allows those with at least three years of professional or industry experience to enter postgraduate Fine Arts study without a prior degree. The programme delivers an immersive studio environment and covers contextual theory and creative technologies across media such as painting, sculpture, performance, and photo/video/film, guided by senior Fine Arts staff. It is designed for artists, teachers, designers, and civic creative specialists to extend and complement their creative skills. This qualification also serves as a recognised pathway to the Postgraduate Diploma in Fine Arts and the Master of Fine Arts at the University of Auckland.
